Asian Flank Steak with Radish Salad

4 Asian BBQ flank steak
6 Radishes
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 Limes
1 Jalapeno, julienned
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: 1. On a Mandolin or with a knife, julienne the radishes.
2. Combine the radishes with the jalapeno, cilantro and juice of the limes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside
3. Grill or sear the steaks until desired doneness, and then top with the radish salad before serving.
Servings: 4
