Cooking

Preparation: For best results, thaw Pig Wings in refrigerator for 24 hours. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate. Heat Pig Wings to a minimum internal temperature of 140°F.

Cooking:

Grill –
From Thawed: Grill Pig Wings 9-13 minutes turning frequently.
From Frozen: Grill Pig Wings 18-26 minutes turning frequently.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

Conventional or Convection Oven –
Preheat oven to 375°F.
From Thawed: Arrange Pig Wings to form a single layer on a baking sheet uncovered for 6 minutes. Flip Pig Wings and continue baking for an additional 6-8 minutes until golden brown or desired color is reached.
From Frozen: Follow "From Thawed" instructions, increasing cook times to 12-16 minutes.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

Deep Fryer –
Preheat oil to 360°F.
From Thawed: Fry Pig Wings for 3 minutes.
From Frozen: Fry Pig Wings 3 minutes. Lift fry basket of Pig Wings from fryer and allow to stand 1 minute. Place Pig Wings back in fryer for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown or desired color is reached.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

Air Fryer –
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
From Thawed: Season Pig Wings, place in air fryer for 5-7 minutes. Open air fryer, flip Pig Wings with tongs or fork to ensure an even cook. Finish cooking Pig Wings for another 5-7 minutes.
From Frozen: Cook Pig Wings for 5-7 minutes to thaw, then follow "From Thawed" instructions.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

Smoker –
Pig Wings must be thawed before smoking.
Preheat smoker to approximately 220°F to 230°F.
From Thawed: Apply cooking oil to surface of the Pig Wings and then seasoning with your favorite rub. Place seasoned Pig Wings in smoker and cook for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to adhere smoke.
Continue cooking until internal temperature reached 140°F.
