Pineapple Rum Caribbean Steak Marinade

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pineapple jam
1/4 cup rum
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions: Mix ingredients in a 1 quart saucepan and cook until thickened, 8-10 minutes. Cool and use as a marinade on steaks prior to cooking, as a brush on glaze during cooking or a sauce for grilled steaks. Can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.
