    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sooo Good I bought these out of curiosity, having heard from various sources that flat iron steak is a great cut of beef. Unable to buy them at a local supermarket, I was forced to resort to ordering online. My first impression upon receiving them was that they aren't thick enough to cook properly. I was wrong. Cooking them medium rare was no problem, even though they are less than an inch thick. I would suggest, though, that any online description of steaks include their average thickness, to avoid disappointment. Tender and flavorful, the 4-oz steaks are the perfect size and thickness for sandwiches.

I have sent them to family members and they rave about them too! I have Celiac disease and must eat gluten free so marinated steaks are out. These do not need marinating! You will love them! They never disappoint! They are individually wrapped and arrive in short order...and as YOU schedule. Imagine that...real customer service! Great product...great company!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from flat irons i had not had a flat iron steak,so using a coupon i had received i purchased the flat iron steak deal. my family had a cookout planned and we used the flat irons. the steaks were great...very flavorful and fork tender. it is a great cut of meat and reasonably priced. plans are in the making for spring cookouts using kc steaks.thank you for such great products!

We all have raved over their flavor and tender juiciness! I panfry mine. My son gas grills theirs. We both have Celiac Disease so the unseasoned ones are perfect for us. I plan on ordering them as long as they are carried!

Very tender, juicy, good flavor. Shared with friends who were equally happy with the product. We have ordered the product twice and plan on doing so again. A great gift to give a family!

These cuts come from the tender part of the chuck. They have the robust beef flavor of chuck which reminds of my early steak days when I could not afford to buy sirloin. Mark D.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size and excellent flavor We've made the flat irons twice now, both times pan fried in a cast iron skillet, and the flavor is excellent. The steaks cook up very tender and the size is perfectly portioned. For best flavor and texture, we cook to medium rare. Will definitely buy again.

    How are your beeves raised? Are they grass/pasture fed or grain fed? Is there any use of transglutaminase in your products?

    Thank you for contacting us!Our Beef is raised on a corn fed diet. Is is possible that the beef has had antibiotics or grown hormones at some point during its life. The beef is not considered natural or organic or grass fed. Additionally, the meat is not one certain type of beef.
