How to Cook Steak Tips?
We have a variety of flavors and types of steak tips. You can choose from Tenderloin tips, strips and medallions. Or Top sirloin tips certified by the American Heart Association.

To cook any of these delicious tender tips we recommend cooking to a medium rare either by skewering and grilling, pan frying or broiling.

Preparing Tenderloin Pieces

Cut from the Tenderloin, these pieces are so tender. Use a dry, high heat method such as grilling, roasting, pan-frying, or broiling.

Cutting into the meat to check doneness lets juice escape. Use the touch method. Touch the meat. If it feels soft and leaves an imprint, it is rare. If it is soft but slightly resilient, it is medium-rare. When it feels firm, it is overdone.
