Chili-Cinnamon Southwestern Grilled Steak

Ingredients:
4 (10 oz.) Kansas City Strip Steaks
Rub:
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
cilantro sprigs for garnish
Directions: Prepare grill for medium-hot direct cooking. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cinnamon, cocoa, salt, and oregano. Sprinkle on both sides of Kansas City Strip Steaks. Place on grill and cook 5-8 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill and garnish with cilantro if desired.
