HOW TO PREPARE
Thaw thoroughly first.
Sauté spiedini over medium heat using one tablespoon butter or olive oil until lightly brown on all sides. When browned, place spiedini in a 350°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Remove from skewer before serving.
