  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper

In a large bowl, pour cream over the breadcrumbs and let sit fifteen minutes or until the breadcrumbs have soaked up all of the cream. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape Vidalia Sweet Onion Ground Beefinto a loaf and roast in a 350 degree oven for one and a half hours. If you so choose, you can baste the meatloaf in the last thirty minutes with ketchup or barbecue sauce. Let rest fifteen minutes before slicing.
