  • 2 lbs. Jumbo Shrimp, unshelled (tails left on)
  • cooked long grain rice
  • melted butter
  • Marinade
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup dry sherry
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Seafood Butter Sauce
  • 1/4 lb. of butter
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. of Tabasco Sauce

Details

Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate Jumbo Shrimp, approximately 45 minutes. Combine and melt sauce ingredients in a pan. Keep warm, stirring occasionally. Grill shrimp on a skewer for 10 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice with melted butter on the side.
