  • 1 large bunch fresh broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. poppyseeds
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup roasted cashews

Details

Cook broccoli in water until crisp. While broccoli is cooking, sauté onions in butter. Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients except cashews. Layer broccoli in a buttered 1 ½ quart-baking dish and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cashews and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
