These Wagyu American Style Kobe Beef Ribeyes are absolute heaven to a Prime Rib lover. With unrivaled marbling, these Ribeyes are tender and completely infused with flavor. A must-have for the discerning steak connoisseur.

    The marbling and thickness of a Ribeye, make it the perfect steak for grilling.

    High heat and quick cooking is the best way to cook these tender steaks.

    Internal temperature for rare is 120° - 130°, medium rare is 130° - 140° and for medium is 140° - 150°. You can also judge the doneness of steak by pressing the meat with your finger. Very rare meat offers little resistance, medium rare is slightly springy, medium is firm and springy, and well-done steak feels quite firm.

    You do need to watch for flare-ups when grilling-if you have one, move the steak to a cooler section of the grill.

Defrosted them and got them to room temperature. Cooked two of the steaks and it was medium rare. Sliced it up and tried it and was not tender at all. It had good flavoring, but not tender at all. Just really disappointed for the cost. I rather just go to the local market and get a prime cut rib eye for a lot less.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed the Rib Eye was uneven in thickness Kobe Rib Eye: I am disappointed the Rib Eye was uneven in thickness, each Rib Eye was from ¼” to less than ½” in thickness, this caused a problem to get a rare or medium rare steak. The cooking chart I got from Kansas City, was for ¾” thick and up, this put my Rib Eye off the chart. If I wanted a sandwich stake I would of order one.

One end was quite a bit thicker than the other on most of the steaks. They were just a little too thin for my personal taste. The steak seasoning is some of the best I have tried.
