This Ultimate deal has everything you may need for your next family gathering! This combo includes:

  • Cooking

    Prime Rib Roast

  • Thaw prime rib roast in refrigerator for at least 3 days before preparing. For express thawing in 7 hours, leave the roast on a counter top at room temperature.

  • Place meat, fat side up, on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Rub Seasoning (packet included) evenly over surface of netted roast. Do not add water or cover. Roast in 375 degree oven until meat thermometer registers 130 degrees (approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours) for medium-rare or 140 degrees (approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours) for medium. Cover roast with aluminum foil tent and allow to stand 15 to 20 minutes. Remove netting and trim excess fat before carving.

  • Cooking instructions are approximate since roast sizes vary. We recommend using a meat thermometer for best results and to ensure proper doneness.

     USDA Preparation Guidelines for Mechanically Tenderized Beef:
     Bake until product reaches 145F as measured by a food thermometer, and  hold the product at or above that temperature for 3 minutes.


    Asparagus Bacon Kisses
    From Frozen
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and place tray on a lined baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm.

    Mac & Cheese
    From Thawed:
  • Thaw overnight or up to 48 hours in refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees or if a convection oven preheat to 350 degrees. Remove lid. Bake 40-50 minutes.

    From Frozen:
    Preheat to 375 degrees or if a convection oven preheat to 350 degrees. Remove lid. Bake 50-60 minutes.

    Cornbread Dressing Casserole
    From Thawed:
  • Thaw overnight or up to 48 hours in refrigerator:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid. Bake casserole for 35-45 minutes.

    From Frozen:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove Lid. Bake casserole for 65-75 minutes.

    **If product begins to brown while cooking from thawed or frozen cover lightly with foil and continue baking.

    Strawberries and Cream Cake
    A three layer, 6 inch yellow genoise cake with strawberry and luscious whipped cream filling and dusted with almonds.
