Sweet Potatoes in Butter Rum Glaze is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I cooked these as described in instructions and they were hard and under-cooked. Also very dry and what little juice came with it was not enough to cover all the product. I had to doctor with syrup, cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle with water to give them moisture. When I prepared the second package I again doctored it and covered with foild (which was not part of the instructions) and now the potatoes were well cooked, soft without being mushy and had flavor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for a Change These were very good. The butter rum sauce was a bit of a different take and we enjoyed it. Could use a little more sauce -- when reheating left-overs, 'cause we're cutting down on starches, sometimes added a little maple syrup or an extra dab of butter. The almonds added a crunchy texture. Highly recommend. Definately preferable to the super sweet candied versions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dry and not alot of flavor cooked as directed. Need to add your own ingredients such as butter and maple syrup, and cover with foil. when baking to make this dish moist and flavorful.
