Preparing Baby Back Ribs

Thaw in refrigerator for 1 day or overnight.

Oven - Preheat oven to 325°F. For ribs with no sauce, remove from packaging, place on baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook until warm, about 1 hour. For ribs with sauce, follow directions above, but brush ribs with sauce prior to heating.

Preparing Mac and Cheese Casserole

Thaw overnight or up to 48 hours in refrigerator.

Thawed - Preheat oven to 400°F or if a convection oven preheat to 350°F. Remove lid. Bake 40-50 minutes.

Frozen - Preheat to 375°F or if a convection oven preheat to 350°F. Remove lid. Bake 50-60 minutes.

Preparing Beef Burnt Ends

Thaw in refrigerator for 1 day or overnight.

Stove Top - Place burnt ends in a small saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring over medium heat.

Microwave - Remove burnt ends from packaging and put in a microwave safe container. Place in the microwave and cover while heating. Heat on high for approximately 3½ to 4½ minutes. Remove from microwave and rest for 2 minutes.

Preparing Chocolate Truffle Lava Cake

Serve warmed. Defrost in refrigerator overnight or 2 hours at room temperature before heating.

Microwave - Plate and heat thawed product in microwave for approximately 30 seconds on high power.

Conventional Oven - Heat for approximately 10 minutes at 350°F. Oven times may vary.

Refrigerate leftovers up to 7 days.
