Our Lobster Wellingtons, loaded with tender Maine lobster and lobster pate, and Chicken Wellingtons, starring flavorful chicken breast and a savory mushroom duxelle, are both seasoned to perfection and wrapped in a flaky, melt-in-your-mouth puff pastry. It's a delectable meal for a delightful time of year. Four (6oz) Lobster Wellingtons and four (9oz) Chicken Wellingtons included.

Cooking

Lobster Wellington:

Thaw in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

Oven - Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Chicken Wellington

Cook from frozen.

Oven - 375°F. Position oven rack in upper third. Remove packaging; place on parchment-lined or greased baking sheet. 55 to 60 minutes until pastry is golden brown and center is 160°F-165°F.
