Applewood Bacon and Cheddar Burger Bites is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Dry Heated as per directions for a party...were soft when taken out but after a while the bread hardened and could not eat. The burgers didn't seem to have any seasoning to them and the bacon so thin could not taste. I salvaged the meat and added seasoning and used to make another snack which I could have easily done by using regular burger meat a lot cheaper and defeats the purpose for a no fuss appetizer. I am a regular to Kansas City and very satisfied with most of the purchases but sorry to say not this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good taste but I cooked in oven as directed. They had a nice taste minus the bun, which I found very dry and totally took away from the item itself. No I would not order them again and I am a long time buyer of Kansas products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Burger Bites Been purchasing steaks from Kansas City Steak Co. for nearly 3 and a half years now. My purchases have been primarily limited to their Filet Mignon's of which I've been very pleased with. I have once purchased their 8oz. boneless rib eye. Those were a bit on the tough side. In KC's defense, the cuts I received were thin and I believe contributed to the toughness of the steaks. I guess that is to be expected. However, this is a review at their request about my last order which, in part, consisted of Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Burger Bites. Following the directions on the pkg. which say to wrap in moist paper towel and cook 30 - 40 seconds. I cooked 2 burgers. One for 30 seconds and one for 40 seconds. In both cases, you must eat them right when they come out of the microwave when they're borderline too hot to handle. If you wait more than 30 seconds for them to cool off a bit the bun tends to become hard. Too hard to eat and enjoy.
