Thai Beef Salad

2 stalks Celery, ╝ inch bias cut
2 Carrots, Julienned
1 bunch Green onions, cut on the bias
1 lb. Asian BBQ flank steak
12 leaves Fresh basil, chiffonade
1/2 bunch Cilantro, minced
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1/2 Jalapeno, minced
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
2 tbsp. Sambal
Directions: 1. Cook the flank steak to medium rare, or desired doneness, and chill.
2. Thinly slice the beef, against the grain, and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Servings: 4
