Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup cornichons (or dill pickles), finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions: Blend all ingredients and refrigerate before serving.
Servings: 4 cups
