Steak or Roast Marinade

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
1/3 cup catsup
1 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions: Combine all ingredients and mix well. To marinate, place meat in covered container or sealable plastic bag containing mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours. This can be used as a marinade or to brush on meat while cooking.

Yields about 1 cup
