Steak Rub

1 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup black peppercorns
1/2 cup coriander seeds
2 tbsp. fennel seed
2 tbsp. caraway seed
2 tbsp. green peppercorn
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. brown mustards
Directions: Coarsely grind/crack each spice (except the salt) individually in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle, just until they are barely cracked up. Mix all spices together until well incorporated and thoroughly blend. Rub on steaks 20-30 minutes before cooking for maximum flavor.
