Single Crust Fresh Peach Pie

3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 9 inch pie crust, unbaked
5 large peaches, peeled and sliced
Directions: Cream together sugar and butter. Add flour and nutmeg. Mix until it resembles course crumbles. Spread half of mixture in pie shell. Arrange peaches on top and sprinkle with the rest of the crumbles. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes until light brown.
