Shrimp with Seafood Butter Sauce

2 lbs. Jumbo Shrimp, unshelled (tails left on)
cooked long grain rice
melted butter

1 cup olive oil
1 cup dry sherry
1 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced

Seafood Butter Sauce
1/4 lb. of butter
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tbs. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. of Tabasco Sauce
Directions: Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate Jumbo Shrimp, approximately 45 minutes. Combine and melt sauce ingredients in a pan. Keep warm, stirring occasionally. Grill shrimp on a skewer for 10 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice with melted butter on the side.
