Shrimp Six Shooter Shots

12 medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1/4 cup mexican beer
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ancho powder
1 tbsp. coriander
1 tbsp. lime zest
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

For the Shot:
1/4 cup organic spicy ketchup
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup V-8 ™ Vegetable Juice, no added salt
1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1 splash Cholula Hot Sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: In a large bowl combine the beer, juice, and spices. Mix well. Add the shrimp and marinate for 30 – 40 minutes. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp 1 – 2 minutes per side. Remove and chill until needed.

For the shot: Combine all of the ingredients, and let set for 15 – 30 minutes before using.

Final Assembly: Fill a 1 oz. shot glass three quarters full with shot mixture. Place one shrimp on the rim of the shot glass. Garnish with shopped cilantro and lime zest.
