Shelley's Dry Rub

1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/8 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. dried parsley
Directions: Mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and dried parsley in a medium bowl. Reserve half of the rub and place in airtight container for later use. Rub dry rub over Top Sirloin Steaks (or your choice of meat) and let it marinade 30 minutes to 4 hours. Grill steaks to your liking.
