    Thank you for contacting us!These are the cooking instructions for the KC strip loin roast;Place Kansas City Strip Loin Roast, fat side up, on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in a 375 degree oven until meat thermometer registers 135 degrees for medium-rare or 145 degrees for medium.
