Norton's Rub Out X 3

3 tbsp. MSG
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. garlic powder
Directions: Mix thoroughly in small bowl. Store any remaining in platic bag.

Rub into any meat. Take your time and cover meat thoroughly rubbing in gently. Place meat in plastic bag and put in the fridge, let sit for 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on time available. The longer it sits the better. When ready to cook, rinse meat and season as usual. Cook according to preference.
