Jamaican Jerk Chicken

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup water
4 Seasoned Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp jamaican pimento, ground
1/2 tsp. nutmeg grated
1/2 tsp. mace
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup green onion sliced
1/2 cup yellow onion, rough chopped
1 whole scotch bonnet
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Directions: Combine lime juice with water. Combine remaining ingredients, except chicken, in a blender, or food processor, with lime juice and water. Process ingredients to almost smooth and pour it over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator, for at least 2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill, turning often, until fully cooked. Serve with black beans and rice.
