Jalapeno Mango Chutney

1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
2 tbsp. golden raisins, chopped
2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1 firm mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions: Stir all ingredients together in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat over medium heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until mixture thickens, stirring often. Cool to room temperatre. Serve on Steakburgers.
