My family loves bone in ribeye steaks, so after checking all our options I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the 22oz. ribeyes.The order arrived promptly and still solidly frozen. Last night we tried them for the first time .They were delicious. Tender, well marbled and one of the best steaks we've had in a long time.My wife likes hers medium well and even cooked that much the steak was not tough.I am impressed with the quality and excellent service I received. These steaks are worth every penny I spent.I will be trying the filet as well as the prime rib.Thank you for the great beef.

I have lived around the world and in KC.There is no beef like the midwest and if you dont live in KC then KC Steak Company is the way to go! The roasts are delicious and are best stuffed with fresh garlic and with the rub provided. We prefer to cook the roasts in a rotissarie .The bone in ribeye or cowboy ribeye is the tastiest steak you can buy on the internet! many ways to cook it but we usually either sear at high heat on gas grill, egg or over the BBQ using apple or cherry wood...dont reccomend hickory for steaks.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from 22 Oz Ribeyes We received two of these steaks as a gift, and were thrilled, knowing how tender and tasty your ribeye steaks always are. Because they are so large, we decided to just split one between the two of us. It was strange because one half of the steak was rather tough tasting, a real disappointment. The other half was a bit better, although tough at one end. We were really surprised at Kansas City Steaks, because they always had the very best. We gave the second steak away. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, or maybe just an isolated case. .

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doing for it AGAIN Diana @ Gemstone Farm (Lexington Ky) who I felt needed a lift after an extensive "foalin g season" draws to a close just emailed me saying your ribeye was the best she has ever had. When AP wins the triple crown later today, I expect to be "back for more" with my winnings to fill up some space in my own freezer with your good your good stuff, as well as a certain group of ladies (nuns) I know in West Philly. Keep up the good work. JG

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disapointed I ordered two of the 18 oz. for me and my wife. I grilled one last night and both of us were a little disapointed. I can get beef as good for a lot less here in Tennessee. I have had beef from the midwest before and this just did not measure up to what we were expecting. I realize that this is not prime grade but i thought it would be better than what we can get locally.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Somewhat Disappointing We just tried the bone-in ribeyes and were slightly disappointed. We grilled two steaks; one was just fine, tender, juicy and tasty. However, the other steak had quite a bit of fat and a lot of gristle. I ended up throwing away more than 1/3 of the meat. With the price, I would have expected a higher quality product.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thin, unattractive steaks I bought the bone-in rib eyes because of other reviews that overcame the negative reviews made earlier. We were visiting one of the couples we sent steaks to for a Christmas gift and I was extremely embarrassed when I saw the thin, unattractive steaks they grilled. Not sure they were even 1/2 inch thick and looked like no rib eyes I've ever seen. I would never have selected KC Steaks if I had known how bad they would be. Can't recommend these.
