EJ's Steak Rub

4 tbsp. granulated garlic
3 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. white pepper
3 tbsp. seasoned salt
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup hickory smoke seasoning
Directions: Combine all ingredients well. When using as a rub, sprinkle 1 tsp. per side for every 4 oz. of beef.

Type of Meat/Cut: Ribeye Steaks, Beef Roast, Porterhouse Steaks
