Caballeros Marinade

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup hot picante sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup olive oil
Directions: In a medium bowl whisk together the first seven ingredients until blended. Slowly add olive oil in a steady stream until incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 2 cups.
