Beef Stroganoff 2

1 lb. package Beef Tenderloin Tips
1 medium onion, slice
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
2 cups sour cream
2 cups beef stock
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. egg noodles
Directions: Saute Beef Tenderloin Tips in butter and reserve. Add mushrooms to pan and sauté. Add onions and cook until tender. Add beef stock and reduce by three-quarters. Add beef and sour cream and serve over egg noodles.
Servings: 6
