Three Pepper Rub

Ingredients:
1/2 cup hungarian sweet paprika
1/2 cup black pepper, coarsely ground
1/2 cup pink pepper corns
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 tbsp. ground cumin
Directions: Coarsely grind pink peppercorns in a spice grinder. Combine with all other ingredients and blend until well combined. Keep stored in a airtight container, away from heat and away from light. It will keep its freshness for about 6 months.
Servings: 2 cups
