Teriyaki Sauce Marinade

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp. dry sherry
Directions: Combine all ingredients and marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Yields about 2 cups
