Chicken Wellington Frozen: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Remove chicken from packaging and place on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick oil. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF when measured with a thermometer. We do not recommend cooking from thawed.
Chicken Kiev Frozen: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Remove chicken from packaging and place on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick oil. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF when measured with a thermometer. We do not recommend cooking from thawed.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Frozen: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Remove chicken from packaging and place on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick oil. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF when measured with a thermometer. We do not recommend cooking from thawed.
Chicken SpiediniThaw thoroughly first. Sauté spiedini over medium heat using one tablespoon butter or olive oil until lightly brown on all sides. When browned, place spiedini in a 350°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Remove from skewer before serving.
Gourmet Chicken - Southwestern, Hawaiian, & 3 Cheese Chicken Frozen: Frozen: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Remove chicken from packaging and place on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick oil. Bake for 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF when measured with a thermometer. We do not recommend cooking from thawed.
Chicken RoastsOven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place desired number of portions on foil lined raised edge baking sheet. Bake loosely covered for 45 minutes, Remove cover and cook an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow roast to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Frozen: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place desired number of frozen portions on foil lined raised edge baking sheet. Bake loosely covered 65 minutes, Remove cover and cook an additional 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow roast to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Convection Oven: Reduce oven temperature by 20°F and follow guidelines for conventional oven. On the Grill: When grill is ready place Roast on foil. Cook covered over indirect heat for 45 to 55 minutes Allow to rest for 3 minutes. Follow all guidelines and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by the use of a thermometer .
