From Frozen: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place on an elevated chrome rack on top of a sheet pan. Spray rack with cooking spray. Cook for approximately 37 minutes for medium rare or an internal temperature of 130F-140F or 39 minutes for medium or an internal temperature of 140F-150F. Let the Beef Wellington rest for 5 minutes before serving.
We do not recommend preparing the Beef Wellington from thawed.
