Twice Baked Potatoes

Frozen: Cooking Potatoes Microwave: Remove wrapper and place potato on microwavable dish. Frozen: Cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Thawed: Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Oven: Remove wrapper and place potato on baking sheet. Frozen: Bake at 400F. for approximately 40 min. or until tops are golden brown.

Thawed: Bake at 400F. for approximately 15 min. or until tops are golden brown

Brussels Sprouts Date Glazed

Preheat oven to 375. Remove plastic wrap, and cover tray with foil. Place tray on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 45-50 minutes.


Sweet Potatoes in Butter Rum Glaze

Preheat oven to 375. Remove plastic wrap, and place tray on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes & stir. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.


Green Beans in Mushroom Cream Sauce

Preheat oven to 375. Remove plastic wrap, and cover tray with foil. Place tray on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 45-50 minutes.


Creamed Spinach

Remove cover and bake from frozen at 350F for 40 minutes. Stir before serving or transferring to your favorite dish. Container will be hot.


Gourmet Creamed Corn

From frozen: Cook covered with foil at 325 F for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir and then finsih baking for 10-20 minutes.

From thawed: Follow the above directions but reduce cooking by 10-15 minutes.


Mashed Potatoes with Porcini Mushrooms

Oven: Remove film and cover with foil. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Microwave Oven: Remove film. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stir and continue heating until warmed through.


Macaroni and Cheese Family Style

Remove plastic film. From frozen bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish or serve in container directly from the oven.
