We bought two of the seasoned prime rib roasts to serve for our Christmas dinner, they were outstanding! Usually, I have to serve turkey & ham to please my picky eaters. This year everyone was happy! (Most notably, my mother-in-law!) Not to mention, cooking was a breeze this year. We will definitely make this a Christmas dinner tradition at our house. Many thanks! : D

I have bought Kansas City prime rib for the previous 5 Christmas dinners. This past year, the grocery store had a great deal on prime ribs, so we caved in and bought one. BIG MISTAKE! We should have stayed with the roast that has never gone wrong, the one that you could cut with a spoon.

My favorite is the Prime Rib Roast. To me, it is Perfection made Simple! My favorite way of serving it is to cook it medium rare, time is exactly as the instructions say. Serve it with Sour Cream mixed with prepared horseradish to taste. Nothing better in this world!

The reason I am writing you is to tell you that I think I had this in the freezer for a year or so and most important, after talking to Melissa I wasn't so afraid I would screw it up. Here comes, are you ready? The meat was so good and tender, the meat thermometer read 150 and it was the best roast, equivalent to dinner at a restaurant for about $25.00 per person or more. I normally tenderize everything, but I didn't tenderize this. I only added some chopped garlic. I couldn't believe how good the leftovers were tonight.

We served the roast last night and while I didn't do my best job in grilling, the meat was simply "FANTASTIC"! I can't tell you how moist, flavorful, tasty, and tender it was. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. You can be extremely proud of your product. Our guests were busy writing down your address after dinner. I assume your office is somewhere near Kansas City, Kansas, as Peggy and I lived in Kansas City MO, back in the mid 90's. Wonderful part of America! Will be in touch for future purchases.

I was born and schooled in Kansas City and I sure do miss it! Especially your wonderful meats! So, now, after you send me a catalogue, I'll be ordering monthly from you. Our Texas beef and barbecues are just okay, while yours is WONDERFUL!

We decided to try the Prime Rib for our New Year celebration and it was definitely the RIGHT decision. It could not have been any easier to prepare and the taste was simply delicious. It was even better than we expected even though we had heard other testimonials. The filets we have ordered in the past as well as the crab cakes and steakburgers have all be awesome but our favorite so far has been the prime rib. I guess we'll just have to keep trying everything so we can enjoy all the many items you have to offer. I know we will continue to enjoy our purchases and look forward to our next order. "Greetings, My Order arrived on time and in very good condition. I served it as my dinner with 2 guests that I have known for 31 years. The Prime Rib Roast was exquisite and extremely tender. The Creamed Corn was the tastiest ever and the Cheddar Bacon Potatoes were absolutely amazong. I followed your instructions on how to bake it all and it was great advice. My dessert of the Carrot Cake was sweet and topped off a delicious meal. My guests were as impressed as I was with this gourmet meal and told me as much. Now this was not the first time I have fixed your prime rib roast. This was the second time and my family and I thank you for such fine pieces of meat. "I bought a prime rib on QVC (seasoned, 4-5 lb)...I CAN NOT begin to tell you the rave reviews from our family and friends. I never really go out of my way to write a company but I was so disappointed that I didn't order TWO of them!! It was gone in about 10 minutes even though I had tons of other dishes. I just wanted to say thank you! I will be ordering them for the Super bowl (if the Pats make it), Easter and 2 for my Christmas eve bash. I bought my first Kansas City Steak product from QVC several months ago and it was delivered shortly before Christmas. I bought the ribeye roast pre-seasoned and I have to tell you it was the very best roast I have ever had! It was just myself and my son for Christmas dinner and it was a good thing because we weren't sharing our leftovers with anyone! Ordered the Prime Rib Roast for my family Christmas Day dinner. I have cooked many rib dinners in my 50 years as the family matriarch and Head Chef but never have we had a roast that could compare to yours. Tender...fork tender...like butter....marvelous ..Flavor ...rich...like none I have had...and Just phenomenal!!! Minimal fat both in the pan drippings and in the meat itself. I finally cooked the Prime Rib Roast that I received about 6 months ago. It was the best prime rib roast I have ever had. I cannot wait to get another roast to cook for my family for the holidays. The directions were so easy, just put it in the pan, roast and cover with foil when it's done. I loved it!

My daughter had prime rib for the Holidays and she had never cooked it before. Kansas City Steak Company did all the work and she got the praise! The meat was wonderful. The next day she baked the Pillsbury French loaf bread and we had prime rib sandwiches. Thanks for taking all the work and worry out of buying and cooking Prime Rib. There was very little fat (some of course is necessary for flavor) and the meat melted in your mouth. I know she will order them again, they were delicious!

The best prime rib roast I've ever had and I am 72 years old and not a great cook. Being on a fixed income I saved a little each month til I had enough to purchase it. I am writing to express how grateful and thankful I am to have your company around for the holidays. I have a terminal blood disorder which makes what time I have with my kids very precious to me so having your prime rib on thanksgiving makes it easier on me and frees up my time with them. The quality has always been excellent and is very easy to prepare; also, my kids love your prime rib roast both the steak house and the garlic. Your steaks the sirloins are also very good not a lot of fat and have been vey tender like your prime rib roast. My only complaint is I do not have the money to buy from you all the time or I would. You have shown through your company that price is not the only concern when it comes to buying meat but what your getting for that amount of money and your company has excelled in providing a great product keep up the great work. You have a customer for as long as I am on this planet and I know that my kids will carry on buying from your company after I am gone!
