Mustard Peppercorn Steak Rub

Ingredients:
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tbsp. mustard seeds
2 tbsp. freshly coarse ground peppercorn
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
4 - 6 Top Sirloin Steaks or Frenched Bone-In Ribeye Steaks
Directions: Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Generously rub steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
