Maple Bourbon Ham Glaze

Ingredients:
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup bourbon whiskey
2 cups apple juice
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 pinch grated nutmeg
salt and pepper
Directions: Reduce apple juice and bourbon by half and add syrup. Reduce by one third. Add nutmeg and sage season with salt and pepper. Glaze ham once before cooking, once during cooking and again when removed from the oven.
