Lemon Ginger Overnighter

2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Directions: Whisk all ingredients together until blended. Cover up to 1lb. of meat with marinade in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. When you grill is ready, remove the steaks from the marinade container, toss on the grill and cook them to your desired doneness.
