Kickin' Japanese Steak Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup japanese teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. bottled chili sauce
2 tbsp. sake (or sherry)
2 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions: In a small sauce pan fry onion in butter over moderate heat until golden (about 8 to 10 minutes). Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve hot over broiled steak.
