KC Creole BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil
2 large onions, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add next four ingredients. Saute for 6-8 minutes until onion begins to brown. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring often. Serve on Steakburgers.
