Preparing Hickory Smoked Ribs
For rubbed ribs with no sauce, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to prepare, preheat the oven to 325ºF. Remove the ribs from packaging, place on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Heat until warm (about an hour).
For ribs with sauce, follow the instructions above, but rub the sauce on both half slabs before placing on the baking sheet.
I recently ordered your baby back ribs with sauce. They are far and away the best ribs I have eaten. I have tried corky's and big daddy's ribs, and you have them beaten hands down. Follow the online directions and you'll be in hog heaven.

Hi, I just received my 3 slabs of ribs and two briskets. I never ordered from Kansas City Steaks. I just had a slab of the ribs and you have got to be kidding me, this is the best ribs I have ever had in my whole life! They're so very meaty, moist, and fall off the bone delicious. I was afraid the ribs were going to be salty but not at all. The seasoning is perfect and the sauce is not overly sweet but delicious and you can really taste the meat. Wow, incredible. The size and thickness can't be beat. There are some popular ones out there but they're flat as a pancake! Incredible and that's why you guys are #1. Please please keep up the good work. I ordered the 3 slabs of ribs around Xmas and put them in the freezer. To celebrate my friend's birthday I pulled out the ribs for the celebration. We are foodies and really love good food and will travel the earth to find it. As a group we were stunned by the quality of the ribs.
