Five Star Steak Marinade

Ingredients:
2/3 cup 80 proof amber rum
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small shallot, minced
1 tsp. dried hot red pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions: In a shallow dish, mix rum, soy sauce, garlic, shallot, and red pepper. Add four 1 ½ inch thick Filet Mignons. Cover and refrigerate two hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade and brush lightly with oil. Broil in preheat broiler, 6 inches from heat for 1 minutes each side. Turn and broil until medium rare.

Arrange filets on serving platter and garnish with watercress, sliced radishes and cucumber spears.
