Five Spice Garlic Marinade

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 cup dry sherry
1 tbsp. chinese five-spice powder
1/2 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp. sugar
Directions: Mix together all ingredients, blend well. Place in a large re-sealable plastic bag, add up to 6 steaks to marinade mixture. Marinate in refrigerator up to 2 hours, then remove and bring to room temperature. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
