Drunken Steak

Ingredients:
1 cup Kikoman Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves of fresh garlic, roughly chopped
1 heaping tsp. fresh/powdered ginger
1 tsp. red chili flakes
fresh cracked black pepper
favorite steak
Directions: Cut a few small slices into raw steaks, place a piece of garlic into each of the slots. Place steaks into a container w/ rest of ingredients and seal with plastic wrap, and proper lid. Give a good shake and place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days (turn to coat once or twice).

Place these juicy marinated steaks onto a pre-heated grill and cook to your likeness! Pair with your favorite side dishes, or if you really want to impress your guests...

Let the steaks rest for 15 minutes, then slice and place on top of a large platter of fresh salad greens, water chestnuts, some canned manadarine orange slices, a few pieces of canned baby corns, and crunchy chow mein noodles - sprinkly some sliced chives on top and enjoy!!! Also, you can make a little dressing out of the same ingredients used to marinade!
