HOW TO PREPARE
Oven: From thawed: Sauté breaded filet over medium heat in one tablespoon butter or olive oil until lightly browned on all sides. When browned, place breaded filet in a 350°F pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165°F.

Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place desired number of frozen portions on foil lined raised edge baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Convection Oven: Reduce oven temperature by 20°F and follow guidelines for conventional oven.

Follow all guidelines and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by the use of a thermometer.
