This was the first time I bought from this company, and if anyone is reading this, the crab cakes that they sent to me were the best ones I have ever tasted. Delicious is all I can say. I lived in MD where crab cakes were plentiful and had many, but in all my years, I have never tasted anything so delicious as the ones from Kansas City Steak. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

It was a very pleasant surprise when tasting these crab cakes. Everybody loved them. No complains. Thank you Kansas City! Will order them again!

    What degree do I bake crab cakes

    Thank you for contacting us!If you are fixing them in the oven, you'll back them at 350 degrees. Please find the full cooking directions below and also in the 'Cooking' tab on our Crabcakes.Remove cakes from vacuum pouch and place on a plate. Put plate in refrigerator and allow cakes to thaw for 1 hour before cooking. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of oil or margarine. Place cakes in pan and allow to cook for 6 minutes on each side or until the outside of the cakes is golden brown and the inside is hot.Alternative Method - Remove cakes from vacuum pouch. While still frozen, place cakes on an oiled sheet pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 12 minutes on 1 side. Turn cakes and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until cakes are golden brown and hot on the inside.If you have any further questions please contact Customer Service at 1-800-524-1844.
