Chicken Roasts with Apple and Tart Cherry

Easy to prepare is this new seasoned Chicken Roast stuffed with Sweet Apple and Cherry Bread Stuffing. This multi-layered combination will make your taste buds dance! We then tie it up in a roast form for an easy sliceable meal.

HOW TO PREPARE

From thawed: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place desired number of portions on foil lined raised edge baking sheet. Bake for approximately 40-55 min or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow roast to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Remove ties holding chicken together before serving.


Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place desired number of frozen portions on foil lined raised edge baking sheet. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow roast to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Remove ties holding chicken together before serving.


Convection Oven: Reduce oven temperature by 20°F and follow guidelines for conventional oven. Remove ties holding chicken together before serving.


On the Grill: When grill is ready place Roast on foil. Cook covered over indirect heat for 45 to 55 minutes Allow to rest for 3 minutes. Remove ties holding chicken together before serving.


Follow all guidelines and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by the use of a thermometer
